Inquiries about issues involving account restoration after a data transfer

If you register a KONAMI ID before you set up a data transfer to Google Play Games, you will be able to restore your account if you change devices or delete the app. However, you will not be able to transfer data or restore an account to a device that runs a different operating system. For more information on how to perform a data transfer, please refer to the relevant section in the FAQ section. If you have forgotten the KONAMI ID or KONAMI ID password you used to set up a data transfer, please refer to the 'Inquiries about a KONAMI ID (my.konami.net)' section in the FAQ. If you changed to a new device or deleted the app without first setting up a data transfer, please refer to the 'Restoring an account after a data transfer' section below.
